How long will it take to groom my dog?

The time it will take to groom a dog is dependent on the condition and amount of your dogs coat. An estimated time will be given however we will contact you near to the end of your dogs groom as this estimated time may not be accurate.

How much will it cost for my dog to be groomed?

Pricing is depended on breed, hair length, size and condition of your dog. A cost will be given before the groom however this is subject to change if the dog is matted or any other problems arise during the groom.

Do you use drying cages?

Drying cages are not used by us. Instead dogs are dried straight after coming out of the bath using a blast dryer.

Can I stay and watch while you groom my dog?

It is advised that your dog is dropped at the salon and picked up after the groom. This is because the dog is much more likely to wriggle and move around if the owner is present which may not be safe for both the dog and the groomer.

How often should I get my dog groomed?

The frequency of a groom is depended on the breed of your dog. This can range from 4-12 weeks. We are happy to advise a specific time frame for your individual dog.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all card payments (including contactless payments) and cash. We do not accept cheque payment or bank transfer.
